Located near Nui Beach, one of the most spectacular beaches of the area, Black Rock viewpoint’s trail starts from the parking lot in which you have to leave your bike to reach the beach. Instead of taking the easy path to Nui Beach – maybe when you come down from the mountain you can take a relaxing swim in the sea – you need to take the trail that goes up the mountain and that will bring you to the Black Rock viewpoint. After a 1 kilometer, walking through the jungle you will see the big black granite rock that will inform you that you have reached the top. Do not lose time and let your gaze wonder above the Andaman Sea. The effort and the fatigue that you put on climbing up the mountain will be rewarded by the astonishing view from the Black Rock viewpoint! The colours that you will see from above there will strike you and you will never forget your visit to Thailand.

When you come down, instead of reaching the parking lot, you can choose to follow the main path that will lead you to Laem Krating, a beautiful cape in the middle of nowhere.
