Hua Hin

One of the first seaside travel destination in Thailand during the 20s of last century, Hau Hin was for many years a favourite of rich Thai people, even the royals, but soon its fame arrived all over the world, attracting different kinds of tourists. It was just a fishermen village, and then it became famous and bigger, when the royal family discovered its 5 km beach and decided to spend the holidays in Hua Hin. When the railway was built, the little seaside city opened up to common people, and you can still admire the Victorian architecture Railway Hotel and the King’s residence. Hua Hin is located south of Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, and you can arrive on the beautiful seaside by train or by bus, and anyway, both are fast and comfortable solutions. Once arrived, all tourist feel relaxed and they plunge into the nature of the region. Well, it is not only relax and nature: Hau Hin is also a famous tourist destination for its shopping facilities and ancient market! Of course, there are also little bars on the seaside, restaurants on the hills and some romantic spots on the beach. Do you want to know when to go? Well, the best period is January-February but the enchantment of the city stays all year! There is no reason at all to keep you away from Hua Hin!

Enjoy the five km of sand beach in Hau Hin, you can find your spot under the sun and relax watching the sea in front of you. Alternatively, you can take a walk and delight in the view.

Thanon Dechanuchit night market. Walking along the white sand beach you can reach a pagoda and a stairway which will bring you at the Thanon Dechanuchit, the night market where you will find local products and some souvenirs.

Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park. Just few kilometers north of the city you can find an astonishing national park, where you can find hills, lakes and hundreds different species of birds. It is the perfect spot for a daily trip and sightseeing.

Hua Hin is famous also among golf players because the city is surrounded by various fields where you can master your skills.

You can try to ride a horse inside the national park, following the traditional horse rail among the trees and florid nature or you can ride on the beach, maybe at dawn, while the sun opens the day.
